- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 pound of sausage and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Cut the 7 flaky biscuits into quarters and spread them in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the cooked sausage evenly over the biscuits.
- Whisk together 6 eggs and 1½ cups of white pepper gravy until smooth. Pour over the sausage and biscuits.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the mixture is set.
