  • ½ cup Blue cheese crumbled

  • 2 tbsp Green onions sliced
  • 1 bag Blue corn chips

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and blue cheese. Stir vigorously for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease your favorite baking dish and spread the cheese mixture evenly in the dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then sprinkle with sliced green onions.
  6. Serve with blue corn chips arranged around the dish.
