Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix melted butter, salt, and eggs. Add the yeast mixture, then gradually incorporate flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
  5. Mix shredded cheese and minced garlic in a bowl for the filling.
  6. Punch down the risen dough, divide it into 12 pieces, and flatten each piece. Place filling in the center, seal, and shape into balls.
  7. Arrange the rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush rolls with melted butter before baking.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
