  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning blend salt, pepper, and garlic powder mix
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika for smokiness

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, stirring gently for about 4-5 minutes until translucent and tender.
  3. Add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart while cooking for about 6-8 minutes until browned.
  4. Incorporate 2 cups of diced potatoes and seasoning blend, mixing well and cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot, optionally topped with a fried egg or fresh herbs.
