  • 8 slices Bacon slices
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
For Dipping
  • 1 cup Hot sauce

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each mozzarella cheese stick in half, resulting in 16 pieces.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. Roll the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks in the almond flour mixture until fully coated.
  6. Arrange the sticks on the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each for even cooking.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  8. Once done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm with a small bowl of hot sauce for dipping.
