Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets until they are about ⅛ inch thick.
- Cut the puff pastry into squares or circles that are about 3 inches wide.
- Place the cut-out pastry pieces onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
- In the center of each pastry piece, place a small cube of Brie cheese.
- Spoon about one teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the Brie cheese in each pastry.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper and add a few fresh thyme leaves on top.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create little packages.
- Brush the tops of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
