Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 lb of ground beef, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian herbs, 1 cup breadcrumbs, and 1 egg. Mix gently until just combined, form into 12 meatballs.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Position the oven rack in the middle.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Brown the meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  4. Arrange the bottom halves of slider rolls in a greased baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over the rolls.
  5. Place the cooked meatballs on top of the marinara sauce-covered slider bottoms.
  6. Pour more marinara sauce over the meatballs and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush over the sliders.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
