- Warm the plant-based milk in the microwave until warm.
- Combine strong white flour, dried yeast, soft brown sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Pour warmed plant-based milk and olive oil into the bowl and stir to make a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough prove in a warm spot until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Prepare a baking tin by lining it with baking paper.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
- Spread soft brown sugar, cinnamon, and apple filling evenly across the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other.
- Slice the roll into pieces about 1.5 – 2 inches thick and place in the baking tin.
- Cover the tin and let the rolls prove for another 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted vegan butter.
