Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients—cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 6 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese. Blend until creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 2-quart casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 2 ounces of cheddar cheese; bake for another 10 minutes.
Once the cheese is melted and golden, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
