Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 400°F with a 10-inch cast iron skillet placed inside.
Make Garlic Herb Butter In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of Cache Valley® salted butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and parsley, stirring gently to combine.
Shape the Dough Divide the pizza dough into 18 equal pieces, about 1 ½ inches in diameter. Roll each piece into a ball.
Stuff the Dough Gently flatten each dough ball into a round, about 3 inches wide. Place 1-2 garlic-flavored cheese curds in the center of each round.
Assemble the Bites Carefully wrap the dough around the curds, pinching the seams tightly to seal them.
Prepare the Skillet Using oven mitts, remove the hot skillet from the oven. Immediately melt the remaining butter in the skillet.
Place the Bites Gently place the stuffed dough balls seam-side down in the melted butter, arranging them close together.
Add Garlic Herb Butter Pour the remaining garlic herb butter mixture evenly over the bites.
Bake to Perfection Sprinkle finely shredded parmesan over the bites before placing the skillet back in the oven. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy Remove from the oven and let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving.
