Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 ½ cups of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
