Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine light brown sugar, white sugar, all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, and melted salted butter for streusel.
  4. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Blend canola oil, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, large eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl.
  6. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the streusel topping on top.
  8. Bake in the oven for approximately 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
