Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, use a fork to mash the three ripe bananas until they become a smooth puree.
- Pour in ⅓ cup of melted butter into the mashed bananas and stir gently.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of baking soda and ¼ teaspoon of salt into the mixture, then stir until combined.
- Pour in 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, then mix thoroughly to combine.
- Gradually add 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour into the bowl, folding it into the mixture until just incorporated.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon with a spoonful of your batter until it forms a smooth, cinnamon paste.
- Pour half of the plain batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly to create a base layer, then dollop half of the cinnamon mixture over it.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter and cinnamon mix, creating an enticing layered effect.
- Zigzag a knife gently through the layers of batter to create beautiful swirls.
- Place your loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Once baked, allow the Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.

Notes
Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and moisture. Allow your bread to cool completely on a wire rack to avoid sogginess.
