- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Carefully combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold until just combined.
- For the streusel, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then add cold butter until crumbly.
