Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, melt butter and mix with milk, eggs, and vanilla until frothy.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed.
- In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter for topping.
- Fill muffin cups with batter about ⅔ full.
- Sprinkle the streusel topping on each muffin.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
