Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin.

  3. In another bowl, melt butter and mix with milk, eggs, and vanilla until frothy.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed.
  5. In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter for topping.
  6. Fill muffin cups with batter about ⅔ full.
  7. Sprinkle the streusel topping on each muffin.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
