  • 8 Wooden Skewers Soak in water to prevent burning

  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese Crumble for topping
  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce For dipping
  • 4 pieces Pita Bread Serve warm

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting your chicken breasts into even, bite-sized cubes and place in a medium bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the marinade over the cubed chicken, tossing gently to coat each piece. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  4. Soak wooden skewers in water for around 20 minutes. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat at around 400°F (200°C). Grill the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Allow the skewers to rest for 5 minutes, then prepare your serving platter with fresh parsley, crumbled feta, and tzatziki.
