- Begin by cutting your chicken breasts into even, bite-sized cubes and place in a medium bowl.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
 - Pour the marinade over the cubed chicken, tossing gently to coat each piece. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
 - Soak wooden skewers in water for around 20 minutes. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat at around 400°F (200°C). Grill the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
 - Allow the skewers to rest for 5 minutes, then prepare your serving platter with fresh parsley, crumbled feta, and tzatziki.
