- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add ground beef and Italian sausage, cook until browned. Stir in marinara sauce and spices, simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, half the mozzarella, and half the Parmesan until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer meat sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and spinach. Repeat until ingredients are used.

- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
