Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add ground beef and Italian sausage, cook until browned. Stir in marinara sauce and spices, simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, half the mozzarella, and half the Parmesan until smooth.
  5. In a baking dish, layer meat sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and spinach. Repeat until ingredients are used.
  6. Top with remaining noodles, marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Let lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
