Ingredients

For the Dough
  • 6 pieces Rhodes Dinner Rolls thawed to room temperature
For the Sauce
  • cup Pizza Sauce
For the Cheese
  • ¾ cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¾ cup Cheddar Cheese
For the Toppings
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 medium Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • ¼ cup Green Olives sliced
  • 3 slices Canadian Bacon chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 2 slices Mozzarella Slices for eyes or mouths

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Oven
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by lightly spraying your counter with non-stick cooking spray. Take the thawed Rhodes Dinner Rolls and combine them, rolling the dough into a 9x13-inch rectangle or your desired shape. Cover with plastic wrap to keep it warm.
  2. Once the dough has rested, place the dough onto a sprayed baking sheet. Spread ⅓ cup of pizza sauce evenly across the crust. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously on top.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
  4. Remove the base from the oven and begin forming monster faces on top using the toppings.
  5. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the toppings are heated through and the bell peppers are tender.
