- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, fresh cilantro, jerk seasoning, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic gently until just combined.
- Roll small amounts of the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Transfer baked meatballs to a large bowl, pour in your favorite BBQ sauce, and toss gently to coat.
