- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- If using canned corn, drain and rinse it. For frozen corn, thaw it in the microwave or at room temperature.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, mozzarella, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sugar, garlic, green onions, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle additional cheese or jalapeños on top if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra green onions or jalapeños if desired.
