  • 2 cups Sweet corn canned or frozen
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Optional Toppings
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Additional cheese for topping
  • Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. If using canned corn, drain and rinse it. For frozen corn, thaw it in the microwave or at room temperature.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, mozzarella, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sugar, garlic, green onions, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle additional cheese or jalapeños on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra green onions or jalapeños if desired.
