Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chill the mozzarella sticks in the freezer for 2 to 4 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and slice it into strips about ½ inch wide.
  4. Wrap each frozen mozzarella stick with a strip of crescent roll dough.
  5. Brush a light coat of whisked egg white over each mummy.
  6. Chill the wrapped mozzarella sticks in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Bake the mummies for about 10 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Press two candy eyes onto each mummy while they are still warm.
