- Chill the mozzarella sticks in the freezer for 2 to 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and slice it into strips about ½ inch wide.
- Wrap each frozen mozzarella stick with a strip of crescent roll dough.
- Brush a light coat of whisked egg white over each mummy.
- Chill the wrapped mozzarella sticks in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Bake the mummies for about 10 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Press two candy eyes onto each mummy while they are still warm.
