  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for searing
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

  • 9 ounces Cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
For Garnish

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the skillet by warming it over medium-high heat and adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Season sirloin steak pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes and sauté for about 2 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Stir in baby spinach and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  5. Add beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer, then add cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Once tortellini is tender, return the seared steak to the skillet, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and stir until melted.
  7. Taste and adjust seasonings with additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot garnished with fresh basil, if desired.
