- In a large mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk until well blended.
- Place chicken breasts into the bowl with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

- Transfer chicken to a serving platter and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds, orange slices, and parsley.
- Serve immediately while hot.
