Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, pour in the entire bottle of dry white wine, 1 cup of cranberry juice, and ½ cup of orange liqueur. Stir gently with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are well blended.
  2. Next, add 1 cup of fresh cranberries, thinly sliced orange, lemon, and lime (one of each), along with ½ cup of pomegranate seeds into the pitcher. Stir gently to evenly distribute the fruit.
  3. Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, though overnight is ideal for allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
  4. Just before serving, gently stir in 1 cup of sparkling water or club soda.
  5. Fill each glass with ice cubes, then pour the sangria over the ice, allowing some fruit pieces to accompany the drink.
  6. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves before serving.
