Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Lavender Infusion by boiling 2 cups of water. Once boiling, add 1-2 tablespoons of dried lavender and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and discard the lavender.
  2. While the lavender is steeping, juice 4-6 fresh lemons to obtain about 1 cup of lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the strained lavender infusion, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 3 cups of coconut water. Stir in your sweetener to taste.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the Lavender Coconut Lemonade over the ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
