- Prepare the Lavender Infusion by boiling 2 cups of water. Once boiling, add 1-2 tablespoons of dried lavender and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and discard the lavender.
- While the lavender is steeping, juice 4-6 fresh lemons to obtain about 1 cup of lemon juice. Set aside.
- In a pitcher, combine the strained lavender infusion, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 3 cups of coconut water. Stir in your sweetener to taste.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the Lavender Coconut Lemonade over the ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
