Instructions

  3. Spread the squash on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the squash roasts, slice the onion, toss in flour, and fry in hot oil for 3–5 minutes until golden-brown.
  5. Drain the crispy onions on paper towels, season with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  6. Toss the roasted squash in a serving dish and top with crispy onions before serving.
