  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Broccoli
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for sauce
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Chicken broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt for sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper for sauce
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  5. Steam or blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until tender and bright green.
  6. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stir, then add salt and black pepper.
  8. Allow the sauce to simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring until it thickens slightly.
  9. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined, then remove from heat.
  10. Assemble bowls with broccoli, topped with sliced chicken and drizzled with creamy garlic sauce.
  11. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
