Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, and the seasonings. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn into the bowl. Toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
  4. Take the aluminum foil sheets and divide the mixture evenly among them.
  5. Seal the foil packs tightly, leaving space for steam to circulate.
  6. Cook the sealed foil packs on the grill for about 15 to 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and shrimp are opaque.
  7. Open the packs carefully and sprinkle parsley over the contents.
  8. Serve hot, directly on plates or in the foil for a fun experience.
