Preparation Steps

- Pat the chicken breasts dry and rub the spice blend generously on both sides.

- Remove the skillet from heat and pour salsa over the chicken, coating well.
- Spoon queso dip over the salsa-covered chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and jalapeños, then serve with rice or tortillas.
