Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and brush corn tortillas with cooking oil. Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning. Mix until chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Spread black beans over each baked tortilla as a base.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture over the black beans, distributing evenly.
  5. Sprinkle canned corn and shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
