  • 2 cups Chopped Tomatoes fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Corn fresh or frozen
For Flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add 1 cup of chopped onions to the hot oil and sauté for 5-7 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in 3 cups of chopped meat and cook for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  4. Add 2 cups of chopped tomatoes, 1 cup of diced potatoes, and 1 cup of chopped corn; mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of paprika.
  6. Pour enough water to cover the ingredients, about 4-5 cups, and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
