- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Gather your ingredients and set out a large baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add ground meat and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Remove meat from heat and fill the uncooked cannelloni tubes with the savory meat mixture.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce in the bottom of your baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the filled cannelloni on top of the tomato sauce, with scant space to ensure even cooking.
- Drizzle remaining tomato sauce and pour cream evenly over the cannelloni.
- Sprinkle cheese generously over the top and add a pinch of extra salt and pepper if desired.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
