Ingredients
  

For the Noodles
  • 4 oz Ramen noodles Discard seasoning packets
For the Chicken
  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken thighs Tender and juicy
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
For the Veggies
  • 1 ea Red bell pepper Sliced
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • 1 ea Carrot Julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 in Ginger Freshly minced
  • 2 ea Green onions Sliced white and green parts separately
For the Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon White pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 5–6 minutes until golden brown, then remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir-fry red bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot for 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Add minced garlic, ginger, and white parts of green onions. Stir-fry for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Return chicken to the pan along with the drained noodles and pour the sauce over. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until well-coated.
  7. Garnish with sliced green tops of green onions. Serve immediately.
