Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped cranberries, breadcrumbs, diced onions, and diced celery. Add dried sage, thyme, sweetener (if desired), salt and pepper, and mix in the two large eggs until well combined.
  3. Roll portions of the mixture into small balls (1 to 1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer. Let them cool slightly before serving.
