- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté sliced onion and bell pepper for 4-5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
