Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté sliced onion and bell pepper for 4-5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Lower heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow cream to simmer and then fold in shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Return chicken to skillet and mix into the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over low heat.
  5. Take slider buns and place the creamy chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun. Add the top half and press gently.
