- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side.
 - Pour chicken broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Add rice and salt, then cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
