Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine for 2-3 minutes. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out each biscuit until about ¼ inch thick for easy wrapping.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Carefully fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl, then brush over the tops of each cheeseburger bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb to adhere to the garlic butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
- Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
