- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Whisk until blended.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they're fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Let the marinated chicken sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle feta cheese and Kalamata olives over the chicken breasts.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
