Method
 

Preparing the Meatballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place each meatball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Preparing the Tzatziki
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the tzatziki for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serving
  1. Let the meatballs cool for a few minutes before serving with the tzatziki sauce to enjoy warm.
