Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the large egg and mix gently.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the mixture and roll each into a meatball.
  4. Place the rolled meatballs onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until browned and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
