  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, pour in beaten eggs and scramble over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside with the steak.
