Step-By-Step Instructions
- In a large pot, pour in 4 cups of your choice of broth and heat over medium-high until it reaches a gentle simmer, about 5 minutes.
- Once your broth is simmering, add 2 cups of ramen noodles to the pot. Allow the noodles to cook as per the package instructions, typically around 4-5 minutes.
- While the noodles are cooking, wash and chop 1 cup of fresh vegetables, such as spinach and green onions. Set them aside in a bowl.
- Once the noodles are perfectly cooked, stir in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of miso paste, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Mix thoroughly for about 1-2 minutes until the miso paste is fully dissolved.
- Remove the pot from heat and carefully divide the steaming noodles and broth into bowls, ensuring each bowl gets an equal portion.
- Top each bowl of Ramen Noodle Soup with your prepared vegetables, optional boiled eggs, cooked pork, and mushrooms as desired.
