Step-by-Step Instructions for Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice under cold water in a fine mesh strainer until the water runs clear. Combine the rice and 2 cups of water in a pot, bring it to a boil, cover and reduce heat for 15 minutes until cooked.
  3. In a bowl, combine ½ cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of sriracha, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Whisk until creamy.
  4. Fluff the sushi rice with a fork and spread it evenly in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer 2 cups of cooked, flaked salmon evenly over the sushi rice.
  6. Drizzle the spicy mayo mixture over the flaked salmon, spreading it evenly.
