Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into thin strips and marinating it with soy sauce, brown sugar, coconut milk, curry powder, minced garlic, and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. Make the peanut sauce by combining peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and coconut milk in a saucepan and heating until smooth.
  4. Assemble skewers with marinated chicken pieces, threading 3-4 pieces per skewer.
