Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the diced onion and garlic, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in the seafood stock or chicken stock and bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the heavy cream, frozen vegetables, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper, and stir well.
  6. Fold in the shrimp and lobster meat, then stir in the cheddar cheese.
  7. Pour the seafood mixture into a baking dish or ramekins.
  8. Cut the biscuit dough in half and arrange it over the top of the seafood mixture.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  10. Let it rest for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
