Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic and chopped green chilies; sauté for 30 seconds until garlic is golden.
  3. Stir in diced carrot and bell pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes until softened but still crunchy.
  4. Add frozen peas; cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
  5. Gently mix in the cooked jasmine rice; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated.
  6. Drizzle in soy sauce, chili sauce, and sesame oil; combine thoroughly and adjust seasonings.
  7. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish, garnishing with chopped green onions.
