Prepare the Gelatin Base
- Pour 1 cup of water into a small saucepan and sprinkle 2 packets of unflavored gelatin over the water. Warm over low heat, stirring for about 3–5 minutes until dissolved. Remove from heat and mix in half of the sweetened condensed milk.
Fill the First Layer of Jello Shots
- Incorporate vanilla vodka into the gelatin mixture. Set aside half of the mixture for the final layer. Pour the remaining mixture into shot glasses, filling them about one-third full. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Create the Orange Layer
- Pour in 1 cup of water and sprinkle in the last packet of unflavored gelatin in a separate saucepan. Heat over low flame, stirring until dissolved, about 3–4 minutes. Add orange Jell-O powder and mix.
Assemble the Middle Layer
- Stir in fresh orange juice into the dissolved orange Jell-O mix. Pour this mixture over the set white layer in shot glasses. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.
Prepare the Yellow Layer
- Add a few drops of yellow food coloring to the reserved white gelatin mixture. Pour this yellow mixture over the now-firm orange layer in shot glasses. Refrigerate for an additional 2 hours.
Garnish and Serve
- Top each Jello shot with candy corn for a festive touch. Serve chilled.

Notes
Ensure each layer is fully set before adding the next to avoid mixing. Experiment with flavored vodkas for variety.
