  3. Carefully lift the bowl and stir in salt and red food coloring until well combined.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, place Rice Bubbles and pour the melted marshmallow mixture over them, mixing gently to coat.
  5. Lightly oil your hands and mold the mixture into oval shapes resembling brains, creating a dent in the centers.
  6. Use a toothpick dipped in red food coloring to draw veins on each shaped brain.
