Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Wrap each marinated chicken piece snugly with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place the wrapped chicken bites on the baking sheet, ensuring space between each for even cooking. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
  5. During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush additional honey over the chicken bites. Optionally, use broil for 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
