Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangular sections.
  2. Take about 1 tablespoon of chopped apple pie filling and place it in the center of each dough triangle. Fold and pinch the edges to secure.
  3. Brush melted unsalted butter over each dough ball and roll them in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Place the coated dough balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry the dough balls for 7-9 minutes, checking at 7 minutes. They should be golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the bombs from the basket and let them cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before serving.
